Step 2: Provide your order number.
Step 3: NEXTRIBE will check the shipment status.

If the package appears seriously damaged at the time of delivery:

The customer should not be unfairly required to bear the cost of correcting an error attributable to NEXTRIBE.
12. Delivery of Defective or Non-Conforming Product
If the product delivered is defective or materially different from its advertised/agreed specifications, the customer may contact NEXTRIBE for an appropriate remedy.
The matter will be handled under the NEXTRIBE Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

Customers should not refuse a delivery merely to initiate a return where the order is otherwise eligible for the normal return process.
If a customer refuses delivery:
Step 1: The shipment may be returned to NEXTRIBE.
Step 2: NEXTRIBE will verify the shipment status.
Step 3: If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to the applicable Refund Policy.
For prepaid orders, any applicable deduction must be consistent with the disclosed terms and applicable law.
For COD orders, additional restrictions may apply to future COD availability where permitted by applicable law and clearly communicated terms.
16. Lost Shipment
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the logistics partner:
Step 1: NEXTRIBE will investigate the shipment.
Step 2: NEXTRIBE will coordinate with the logistics provider where required.
Step 3: NEXTRIBE will determine the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, the customer may receive:
- Replacement shipment
- Refund
NEXTRIBE will not consider an order successfully delivered merely because a tracking system incorrectly shows delivery where there is credible evidence that the customer did not receive the shipment.
17. Delivery Confirmation Dispute
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer states that the order was not received:
Step 1: Customer contacts NEXTRIBE.
Step 2: Customer provides the order number.
Step 3: NEXTRIBE checks the courier records.
