NEXTRIBE is prepaid only. The payment options available to you are shown at checkout.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags. For the current returns and exchange terms, please see our Shipping & Returns page or contact support before sending anything back.

We ship pan-India. Delivery timelines vary by pin code and courier, and the estimate for your order is confirmed in your order and dispatch emails. Once your parcel is dispatched we send you tracking details.

Any applicable shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay. There are no charges beyond the total you confirm on the checkout page.

Check our detailed Size Guide page for measurements. Each product page also has a size chart tab. Our oversized fits are intentionally relaxed — size down for a regular fit.

Currently, we ship only within India. We're working on international shipping and will announce it soon.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order from the My Account > Orders section.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet; once it has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled.
