Our Story
NEXTRIBE was born from a simple idea: clothing should be more than something you wear. It should say something about who you are.
Founded by Siddartha Doddigarla and Pabitra Sasmal, NEXTRIBE is built for a generation that doesn't want to simply follow trends — they want to create their own.
We wanted to build a brand that feels different. Not just another clothing label. Not just another logo on a T-shirt. Not just another trend that disappears next season. We wanted to create a tribe — a community connected by individuality, confidence, creativity and the freedom to express yourself without asking for permission.
The idea behind NEXTRIBE came from our shared belief that Indian streetwear has the potential to be much bigger, bolder and more personal. We saw a generation that was changing — how they think, how they create, how they express themselves and how they see fashion. That became NEXTRIBE: young, raw, expressive and unapologetically Indian, while carrying the energy of global street culture.

Siddartha Doddigarla
Siddartha brings the vision, energy and creative ambition behind NEXTRIBE. For him, fashion is not about fitting into a category — it's about creating your own.
His belief is simple: if you don't see something that represents you, create it. That mindset became one of the foundations of NEXTRIBE — to experiment, take risks and build something that feels authentic to the people wearing it.
Pabitra Sasmal
Pabitra brings the business mindset, persistence and drive to turn the NEXTRIBE vision into something real. From understanding people and markets to thinking about how a brand can grow, his focus is on building NEXTRIBE as more than a fashion label.
For him, a strong brand is built through people, consistency and trust. And that's exactly what we want NEXTRIBE to stand for.
